AVOID RUBBING OR SCRUNCHING YOUR BUNDLES TOGETHER AS THIS CAN CAUSE MATTING . 4. AIR DRY TO RETAIN ITS NATURAL SHINE 1. DO NOT HEAT EXCESSIVELY 2. DO NOT SLEEP WITOUT WRAPPING IN SILK BONNET OR SLEEPING ON A SILK PILLOWCASE.
Can I send my wig or my bundles in for a revamp?

Yes we offer replenishing services for our entire extension line. Drop us an email .We will offer an online consultation as the next step . After that we wil get you to send it in to us & we will bring them back to life .

How many bundles will I need?

For a full head of hair we recommend at least 3 bundles.
Why is processing taking so long .

Hair bussinesses are currently considered high risk by many by many payment processers eg: paypal. this means when you place your order , we do not receive the funds right away . Unfortunately we have to wait 5-18 working days before it's released to us. so contrary to assumptions we are not doing the 12 step with your money /order. When your payment successfully processes ; then we are free to start the processing ,packing and creating units ordered. On that topic ..... all our units are HAND MADE. Again .. this takes a while especially if there's a sale.
Am I responsible for the custom charge on my parcel

YES! If you make the choice to shop with us from overseas; its also your responsibility to cover any change that it occurs by customs . Unfortunately we have no control over any country's customs .we only sell hair x
Does the stylist only do installs on hair purchased from the brand ?

Nope book her via the link ; She does it all. not just hair purchased here x
